Data Engineering & Business Analytics Analyst

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and business-oriented Data Engineering & Business Analytics Analyst to support data-driven initiatives, business process optimization, and strategic decision-making activities across internal and client-focused projects.

This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world business transformation, analytics, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives within a dynamic consulting and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation of data from internal and client data sources.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining structured datasets for operational and strategic analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards and business reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance indicators.
• Collaborate in the analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting optimization activities.
• Generate data-driven insights to support business and operational decision-making.
• Participate in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic improvement projects.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Education: 

• Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in:
• Data Engineering
• Data Analytics
• Business Analytics
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Industrial Engineering
• Or related fields

 

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• SQL
• Excel
• Power BI or Tableau
• Data analysis and reporting
• Business process analysis
